Baptism Celebration Weekend | October 3rd & 4th

Throughout the book of Acts, we see people responding to God’s grace through baptism. On October 3rd and 4th, we want to give everyone in our congregation the opportunity to share in this meaningful experience.

Ways to participate:

  • Be baptized for the first time through immersion

  • Be baptized for the first time with the application of water from a baptismal font

  • Reaffirm your faith through immersion

  • Remember your baptism by using water from a bowl to trace the sign of the cross

Whether this is your first baptism or an opportunity to remember and reaffirm God’s grace in your life, we would love to celebrate with you!

The baptism activities on October 3rd and 4th will take place after each service in the community center space.

Peter replied, ‘Each of you must repent of your sins and turn to God, and be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. Then you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. This promise is to you, to your children, and to those far away—all who have been called by the Lord our God.’

Those who believed what Peter said were baptized and added to the church that day—about 3,000 in all.
— Acts 2:38-39, 41

“Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit," (Matthew 28:19)
