Annual Meeting Information Sessions
Come to one of the Information Sessions to learn more about the items on the Annual Meeting agenda, hear updates, and ask questions.

SAMPLE BALLOT AND VOTING INFORMATION
Absentee ballots are permitted.
Absentee ballots can be picked up next to the ballot box in the Worship Center on the weekends, or at the church office during normal business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm).
You can also download an absentee ballot to print at home and fill out. To be accepted and counted, downloaded ballots must be printed, completed and then returned in person. Electronic ballots will not be accepted.
All absentee ballots must be returned prior to February 20th to the church office during normal business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00 am – 4:00 pm), OR during weekend worship services in the ballot box located in the Worship Center.
Absentee ballots must be received no later than Friday, February 20th, 2026 at 4:00 pm.
