Music in the Park
Thurs, July 16th | 7:00pm | Washington Park, 20th & Franklin
Bring a lawn chair or blanket and join us for a wonderful evening of live music on July 16th as our Thanksgiving Worship Band performs at the park pavilion. The concert is free and open to the public, making it a great opportunity to invite friends and neighbors.

Couple's Night

Calling all couples! We have a date night planned for you on July 16th. We’ll start the evening with with dinner at Luigi’s, then walk to Dip Cravers for dessert, then end the evening at Music in the Park to listen to the Thanksgiving’s Worship Team play! No registration needed, just come and enjoy the evening together.
Summer Softball League
Saturdays | May 30th - July 25th | Haworth Park

Even though Explorers is on break during the summer, we have some fun ways your kids can participate in weekly service! Stop by the Kids Station for activites to keep your children engaged.
Illumination Station
July 20 - 23 | 4:00 - 6:00PM
Vacation Bible School is a fun week for kids to embark on an illuminating experience as they hear about who Jesus is through God’s Word, music, games, and crafts. Whether you are participating as a child, volunteering during the week, or donating supplies, everyone can be a part of VBS!

CIY Move: Senior High Trip
July 6-10 | Lincoln
This summer, Thanksgiving Sr. High will head to the University of Nebraska–Lincoln from July 6–10 for an unforgettable week of powerful worship, engaging teaching, and deep community. This expereience will be a unique opportunity for students to grow in their faith, build meaningful relationships, and encounter God in a real way.

Young Adults Summer Series

This summer, we’ll be running a series called Practicing the Way, which looks at learning how to not just believe in Jesus, but actually practice life with Him. In a busy, distracted world, Jesus invites us into rhythms that shape our hearts, deepen our faith, and help us live differently.
NextGen Fun Day at Halleck Park

Students and young adults—this one is for you! Join us for an evening of fun, food, games, and connection at Halleck Park. We invite everyone from Junior High through Young Adults to come hang out, make new friends, enjoy great conversation, and spend time together in a relaxed outdoor setting.
