Update: Please pray for Laurie and her family. Their precious mom passed away this morning. May God surround them with His peace, comfort, and strength as they walk through this difficult loss.
Description: Please pray for Laurie and her family; her mom was just diagnosed with a large tumor on her pancreas. She will undergo a procedure Sunday to open the bile duct. Pray for a successful procedure, wisdom and skill for the medical team, and for comfort and strength for her mom.
Also, please cover their family in prayer as they navigate the uncertainty and challenges ahead. May they feel God’s presence, peace, and sustaining grace each step of the way.

Update: Darrin continues to make progress but it is very slow. Please pray that he will eat to nourish his body for continued healing and can once again go to rehab and build strength.
Update: Doctors determined he does not have MRSA but another infection that is easier to kill. Internal bleeding has stopped. Kidneys were a problem so dialysis was started to support kidney function and give them an opportunity to recover. We are praying for infection to be cleared and kidneys to work on their own.
Update: Darrin now has Strep MRSA, resistant to almost all antibiotics. Must kill before it gets to his new heart valves or brain. They are formulating the best antibiotic to use. He also has much pain from sore back.
Description: My cousin's son Darrin had sepsis about last August. That required both his artificial knees to be removed and some spacers inserted. Then he had open heart surgery and one new artificial knee placed. Now he has a blood infection. Possible sepsis and kidney failure. Please pray for his complete healing and that he confesses faith in Christ.

Description: Heavenly Father, I ask that you be with my brother, Todd, as he begins cancer treatment August 24th. Surround the treatment team to be precise and completely eradicate the cancer. Help Todd to have patience as this treatment works to restore his health. All glory to You!

Description: Please pray for the reconciliation and marital healing between Ben and Danielle (my daughter and son-in-law). They have weathered recent marital challenges and now appear divorce-bound. Demonstrated repentance and genuine change have * not * been met with forgiveness in this Christian household. They have three children, ages nine to eleven.

Update: Jason was moved to a rehabilitation center and has a long road of therapy to be self sufficient again. Please pray for healing and patience for his family. We know God can do miracles!
Description: My cousin Jason had emergency gastrointestinal bleed that surgery repaired but while in surgery he had 2 strokes with bleeding on the brain. He has not woke up yet. He has 2 teenage boys & wife. He needs prayers for a full recovery. His family needs prayers for patience as his body heals & peace for what God is doing & trust that God will heal Jason!!

Update: Jane’s nephew had a six hour surgery, they were unable to close the wound, but he will survive, praise God! They will be extracting him to Germany as soon as is possible.
Description: Heavenly Father, we lift up Jane and Adam Williams. Her nephew is deployed and is serving in the Middle East. He was recently wounded and facing emergency surgery. Please surround him with Your presence, protect him, and bring complete healing to his body. We pray for the medical team caring for him. Give them wisdom, skill, steady hands, and clarity as they provide his care. Please strengthen and comfort his family as they wait for news. Give them peace in the midst of uncertainty and remind them that he is held securely in Your hands.
We also pray for Jane and Adam as they travel to be with their family. Give them safe travels, strength, and Your peace along the way.
Lord, be near to this family and carry them through each moment. We ask for healing, protection, comfort, and hope. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
