Description: Prayers for a young friend, Rylie, who is facing a serious surgery on Friday, November 7th. Prayers for the medical team for preciseness, for successful surgery and recovery for Rylie, and peace for the family as they walk along side Rylie.

Description: Please lift up my cousins in the Wilson Family as they mourn the loss of their mom, my Aunt Iris, who died unexpectedly. Lord, please hold them in your hands with comfort and peace. One of the family members is currently in ICU with congestive heart failure and sepsis from perforated bowel and cannot operate. Give the medical staff the wisdom to correctly treat Juan and give the family hope.

Description: Please pray for my husband, Dave, who is having hip replacement surgery on Monday, Oct 27. Abba Father, please guide the surgeon's hands and be with the medical team as they care for Dave. Help him to have a quick recovery with no complications. In Jesus name, Amen.

Description: My brother Larry Cooley is in Nebraska Med Hospital. Prayers for peace, calm and Jesus guidance as he goes through radiation treatments. Larry has a large tumor and it is terminal. Radiation is to try and shrink it so he is not in so much pain.

Update: Our good Lord answered our prayers for comfort and peace for Dad. He passed early Tuesday morning, 10/28/25 after a week of suffering. Thank you all for your prayers for comfort and peace. It was truly a blessing.
The Patterson Family
Description: Yesterday we put my Father-in-law, Marion, on Hospice cares. He is 89 years old and suffers from Dementia. This causes such confusion and fear. I ask that he be lifted up in prayer for peace in mind and spirit. That God wrap his loving arms around Marion and comfort him. Prayers for his family as well as we go through this journey with him.

Description: Thank you for prayers for my 13 year old great-niece Kinsley. After an MRI and neurology assessment, she has been diagnosed with degenerative binocular eye disease. One eye works and the other does not. She is getting special glasses and is beginning therapy estimated to take a couple of years but that should resolve the headaches and help her see OK. Praise to the Lord for helping Kinsley and family through this and showing a path forward. Continued prayers for healing through the therapy and glasses that she may live a normal life. (She especially loves to play softball)

Update: Darren is home and doing just great!! His sister and brother-in-law are here and we are settling in and letting him rest. SO grateful for God’s great grace and protection!! Thank you for your prayers! We welcome them through this recovery, as well!
Update: Darren is free of EVERYthing…all tubes, IV’s and monitors (just O2 meter left)! His appetite is better and he looks very good!! He may actually get to go home tomorrow, October 21st. He has had such wonderful care and we are tremendously grateful for such a positive outcome! God is good…that is just simply it!!!
Thank you sooo much for praying and supporting us both. Now, on to a full recovery!!

We’ve had quite the October so far. During what we thought would be a fairly inconsequential heart cath, they discovered he has at least 80% blockage in his LAD artery (the “widow maker”). He will undergo single bypass open heart surgery early this Friday morning, the 17th. Please pray for peace in his heart (and mine) as we walk this road. God is in control and we are grateful He revealed this to the cardiologist.
